Traditional Russian cuisine is famous for its abundance and naturalness. It includes only fresh meat, fresh milk, black and red caviar, honey and pies cooked in a Russian stove and certainly authentic Russian vodka.
During breakfasts, lunches and dinners you will feel the real Russian hospitality and you will be able to disprove a Russian proverb - we're simple folk when it comes to food (literally – ‘cabbage soup and porridge is our food’).
You will necessarily try dishes that many people have never heard about abroad, for example fresh fish soup, Russian borsch, baked pork and veal, shashlik, kisel and compote.
